Snowman

Insert lollipop stick into holiday ball and coat in melted white chocolate. Let dry. For the hat brim, roll out one large black gumdrop to ¼ inch thickness. Attach another black gumdrop to brim with white chocolate. Using white chocolate, attach hat to top of protein ball and sliver of orange gumdrop for nose to face. Pipe small dots of icing for eyes and mouth.

Reindeer

Insert lollipop stick into holiday ball and coat in melted dark chocolate. Press two mini pretzels in coating for antlers. Let dry. Pipe large dots of white icing for eyes; top each dot with a mini brown candy-coated chocolate. Use frosting to attach a red candy for nose.

Santa Belt

Insert lollipop stick into holiday ball and coat in melted red candy coating. Let dry. For belt, pipe black frosting around midsection. For buckle, press round bottom from yellow gumball. For buttons, pipe three dots of white frosting above belt.

Ornament

Insert lollipop stick into holiday ball and coat in melted green candy coating. Let dry. Press a line of small snowflake sprinkles around outside of ball. Attach a small red gumdrop to the top of each ornament with red frosting. Pipe small dots around base of gumdrop and around base of protein ball. Pipe lines of red frosting above and below row of snowflake sprinkles. For belt, pipe black frosting around midsection. For buckle, press round bottom from yellow gumball.
