About Carolyn Moos-Hardin:

6'5'', played USA Basketball, B.A. from Stanford, FIBA/WNBA pro athlete experience, M.A. from USC in Health Communication Management. Certified personal
trainer, yoga instructor and nutrition consultant. She specializes in strategic
macronutrient profiling, glycemic index and meal planning to optimize nutrient
absorption, energy levels and body composition as well recover faster. She
also specializes in strategic workouts that address strength, flexibility,
mobility, cardiovascular that combine to optimize performance as well as
longevity and lower risk of injury.
