Shipping policy

 

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.99 and free shipping for orders of $99 or more. 

Scott’s Protein Balls are shipped frozen via 2-day air. Please track your delivery and put the protein balls in your freezer or fridge upon arrival. 

Orders are shipped weekly Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders received Tuesday at midnight will ship out Wednesday. 

Orders received Wednesday after Noon, will be shipped out on Monday of the following week. We don't want our product to sit on a truck over the weekend.

Customers who live in an apartment building are encouraged to let their building's shipping department or front desk know of Scott Protein Balls expected deliveries. In the event apartment buildings reject our fresh, refrigerated packages, we are not responsible for replacements.
